Quality appraisal

On the eve of the Fair of Food and Beverages, the Appraisal Committees of the Novi Sad Fair are doing their fieldwork regarding quality assessment of fresh fruit, table grapes and vegetables, and the novelty is the appraisal of bakery-patisserie products, as well as macrobiotic and wholemeal products.

A special segment of appraisal at the first group of Autumn Fairs will be the competition of the masters of burek-making within the Gastronomic Festival, where the latest achievements in this type of food preparation will be presented. The committees are intensively assessing the quality of tourist resorts in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia during the summer months.
