Quality appraisal

The Expert Quality Appraisal Committees will be assessing the quality of fresh fruit, grapes and vegetables, wheat- and flour-based products.

The list of commodity groups assessed also includes baking and confectionary products, mixes and concentrates for making final products and pasta. The committees will be awarding the Great Gold, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, diplomas, certificates and the most prestigious awards - cups.
