Services

Due to the latest audio and video equipment, the Congress Centre facilitates organisation of all types of congresses and conferences. The whole Congress Centre is air-conditioned. All seven halls are equipped with the latest audio-video equipment.

All halls are also equipped with two microphones, a preview monitor and laptop access, respectively. The desk for the chairperson has two microphones, with an option to install four more microphones and a preview monitor. 

Loudspeakers on the ceiling, a document camera, a camera on the ceiling, simultaneous interpretation equipment, editing room, screens and a video projector are also present in every hall.

The Grand Hall has two screens and video projectors. The plasma monitors in front of the halls enable participants to follow the events in the hall. Mobile partitions facilitate adaptation of several smaller halls into a larger area, depending on your requirements.

There is also exhibition area for presentation of products.

 

Rental of congress halls and other premises

  • The Congress Centre prides on halls with 100, 200, 350, 400, 600 and 1,000 seats, respectively. The "Master" Hall can accommodate 4,000 people attending a congress. The Entrance Hall can be used for various promotions, while the restaurant offers high-quality catering services.
